MISSOULA, Mont. — The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation expresses sincere appreciation for four stalwarts who recently completed honorable service on its board of directors and welcomes four new members taking their place.
“Philip Barrett, Mike Baugh, Bill Madison and Don Moss served RMEF, its members and volunteers in exemplary fashion,” said Fred Lekse, board chair. “We thank them for sharing their time, talents, devotion and service.”
Each of the four served two-three year terms beginning in 2014 and Barrett served as board chair in 2017 and 2018.
Donna McDonald, Dennis Radocha (past board representative), Tom Robinson and Dave Stephens are the board’s newest members.
“Donna, Denny, Tom and Dave come from different walks of life and different parts of the country but each has a wide range of real life experience that will strengthen the board. Each has a strong desire to serve and each is dedicated to our mission,” added Lekse.
The RMEF Board of Directors is comprised of 17 members from 12 different states. Its task is to establish high-level strategy and policy. Volunteer committees provide oversight for land transactions and finances.
